Tansy Blue (Moroccan Chamomile) Essential Oil Wild
Botanical name Tanacetum annuum, Steam distilled from the leaves and flowers.
Blue Tansy essential oil is a vivid deep blue color due to its azulene content.
It is also known as 'Moroccan Chamomile and is wild-grown in Morocco.
Blue Tansy essential oil is known as an important therapeutic oil for burned, inflamed and damaged skin, sunburns and bruises The aroma of Blue Tansy oil helps induce relaxation and may be used to ease nervous tension and stress. It is said to be beneficial for allergies, and may also quite useful for asthma. Blend it with some Ravensara for best results. For respiratory support, it is said to be most effectively used as an inhalant in a diffuser, or you can also put a couple of drops on a handkerchief and inhale.
How to use: If you are applying topically be sure to dilute with a carrier oil such as Jojoba or Fractionated Coconut oil.
