No returns after 30 days. We can not be responsible for products that have been out of our facility for weeks or months, subject to possible mistreatment, improper storage, etc.
We want you to be happy with the products you select and to share our love of aromatherapy. However, sometimes things go wrong. If there is a problem with the order if an item is broken, or the wrong item is placed in your box, please let us know immediately. We will, of course, make it right as quickly as possible and at no cost to you. Please contact us as there may be a better solution than returning the item.
For your protection, once an essential oil, hydrosol, lotion, bath gel, carrier oil etc. has been opened we are unable to accept returns of opened products for any reason. Once a product has been open we can't guarantee the purity of that product if returned.
For this reason, we do not accept or credit returns without prior authorization.Please contact us immediately upon receipt.
