Just put a small amount of essential oil on a swab or finger tips and rub it on the Lava bead. Wait a few minutes and it's ready to wear and enjoy your aromatherapy oils. Oil can be reapplied as needed. 
The beads are strung on SoftFlex, a multi cable metal with a nylon coating for durability. The toggle and heart charm are silver plated. 7 3/4 inches in length, it fits a wide range of wrists.
