Using Essential Oils to Energize and Reduce Fatigue
Try diffusing Basil before going out in the evening.
This is especially good when you've been working all day
and need to get up enough energy to go out.
Basil's energizing effects will give you the boost you need.
Tea Tree is another essential oil indicated for mental fatigue. It promotes blood flow to the brain and is helpful for those whose immune system is weak.
Rosemary Mist
Brace yourself
This sense-stimulating mist is a superb
post-shower, after you've toweled off but skin is still a bit damp.
In spray bottle place 5 ounces distilled water, 1 tsp olive oil,
6 drops rosemary essential oil and 1 sprig fresh rosemary.
Shake well to mix -- spritz on as desired.
Jet Lag
Traveling can really throw us off schedule.
Either we can't sleep or we're too tired.
Either way essential oils can help.
To help you relax after reaching your destination.
Use in a warm bath or diffuser.
Lavender, Marjoram, Chamomile.
To help with fatigue.
Peppermint, Rosemary, Basil.
Put 1-2 drops on a tissue and inhale as needed.
Morning Tip
Try Peppermint in your bathroom for a refreshing
eye opener in the morning.
Adding a few drops to a Scent Ball is an way to accomplish this.
Plugs into any electrical outlet. You may also use a terra cotta
stone or pottery.
Lemon or any other Citrus is also nice and less stimulating.
